Edwin 雷远 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Prospero Calvino made a huge save. Gustavo Amato charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustavo Amato the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gustavo Amato kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Edwin 雷远 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Prospero Calvino. The goal made the score 1-0. Horacio Xabier's late challenge caught a Rafaela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Horacio Xabier helped the player get up and apologised. Horacio Xabier hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The supporters of Stronghold S.A booed when Rafaela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Amato didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edwin 雷远 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Prospero Calvino having to make a save. Rafaela FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Edwin 雷远 scored to the left of an out of position Prospero Calvino, making the score, 2-0. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Edwin 雷远 sped through Rafaela FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Prospero Calvino. With his leg Prospero Calvino managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Stronghold S.A's Edwin 雷远 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Rafaela FC's zone, Remigio Urdaspal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prospero Calvino came out of the goal and Remigio Urdaspal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rafaela FC's Prospero Calvino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Rafaela FC from getting a goal against them. Gualterio Ranolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Locaio in the 34th minute of play. Horacio Xabier was shown his second yellow card after 36 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 36th minute, Horacio Xabier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Zeledon Locaio put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gualterio Ranolfo.
The wind increased when Edwin 雷远 made the kick off in the second half. Edwin 雷远 might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Prospero Calvino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edwin 雷远 ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ariel Iliana during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ariel Iliana hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the game, Stronghold S.A's Edwin 雷远 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Prospero Calvino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin 雷远 in the 59th minute of play forced Rafaela FC's goalkeeper Prospero Calvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute Edwin 雷远 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Calvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zeledon Locaio in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gualterio Ranolfo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 82 minutes into the match, Rafaela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin 雷远 came free, but Prospero Calvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Edwin 雷远 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prospero Calvino was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. 87 minutes into the match, Rafaela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Vannieuwenhoven came free, but Prospero Calvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ragnar Vannieuwenhoven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remigio Urdaspal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Rafaela FC's zone, Ragnar Vannieuwenhoven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prospero Calvino came out of the goal and Ragnar Vannieuwenhoven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
