Danilo Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Jakobe in the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th match minute, Meninos De Cotia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mao Yu to maneuver through the defense. Jeremias Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Guillermo Caradaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Furia Albiceleste's zone, Jeremias Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillermo Caradaro came out of the goal and Jeremias Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th minute, Meninos De Cotia's Michel Batistuta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Mao Yu hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Mario Osoitz made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Meninos De Cotia's Dário de Azevedo. Mario Osoitz made in the 24th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Primitivo Piarres immediately put the ball in play. Guillermo Caradaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michel Batistuta in the 27th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michel Batistuta in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guillermo Caradaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guillermo Caradaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Batistuta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Furia Albiceleste's Guillermo Caradaro got control of the ball when Paolo Maldini tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 40 minutes, Dário de Azevedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Meninos De Cotia and the Furia Albiceleste players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Furia Albiceleste booed when Meninos De Cotia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dário de Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th play minute Michel Batistuta came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Guillermo Caradaro. 3-0.

The wind increased when Michel Batistuta made the kick off in the second half. Guillermo Caradaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Batistuta in the 53rd minute of play. Meninos De Cotia's Gildo Alvarenga suffered a torn muscle in his foot after 58 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Freddy Lopes fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Furia Albiceleste's protests and gave Freddy Lopes a yellow card for diving instead. Meninos De Cotia made a substitution. Michel Stocks replaced Gildo Alvarenga. After having played for 61 minutes, Aquiles Jakobe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Furia Albiceleste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquiles Jakobe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute, Mario Osoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Furia Albiceleste's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Seco came free, but Guillermo Caradaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guillermo Caradaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mao Yu, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Jeremias Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Guillermo Caradaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Michel Batistuta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guillermo Caradaro. Furia Albiceleste's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michel Batistuta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mao Yu in the 91st minute of play forced Furia Albiceleste's goalkeeper Guillermo Caradaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guillermo Caradaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Stocks in the 94th minute of the match. Furia Albiceleste's Guillermo Caradaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Batistuta in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Meninos De Cotia were the better team. Meninos De Cotia's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
