Spectators: 7620 (Terracing: 5716, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Michel Batistuta took the kick off in the first half of the match. Aleksandar Mitrović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Danilo Domingues made a huge save. Jevtimije Gagić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mao Yu in the 9th minute of play. Danilo Domingues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naum Knežević, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. With a little luck, Meninos De Cotia's Danilo Domingues got control of the ball when Aleksandar Mitrović tried to sneak it across the goal line. Naum Knežević received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Danilo Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Michel Batistuta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jevtimije Gagić was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Mao Yu hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Meninos De Cotia's Danilo Domingues got control of the ball when Aleksandar Mitrović tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ugren Lerinc during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Outlaws FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ugren Lerinc hit a great ball. When Mao Yu came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Meninos De Cotia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mao Yu couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Jeremias Seco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jevtimije Gagić was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. In the 47th minute, Michel Batistuta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Meninos De Cotia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aleksandar Mitrović was the one to do the kick off. Jevtimije Gagić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Seco in the 52nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeremias Seco in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jevtimije Gagić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Jevtimije Gagić managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Meninos De Cotia's Jeremias Seco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 55th minute of the match Meninos De Cotia got a corner. Outlaws FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mao Yu ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Gildo Alvarenga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jevtimije Gagić quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 62nd minute Michel Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jevtimije Gagić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Outlaws FC's Jevtimije Gagić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Seco in the 68th minute of play. Danilo Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksandar Mitrović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jevtimije Gagić having to interfere. When Outlaws FC's Piotr Bielejewski in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Meninos De Cotia's goalie prevented a goal. Meninos De Cotia's Danilo Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Bielejewski in the 85th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Meninos De Cotia's zone, Saša Ristivojević stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Domingues came out of the goal and Saša Ristivojević tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 97th minute, Piotr Bielejewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Meninos De Cotia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Meninos De Cotia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
