Clodoveo Donzel came out of the goal and Mihai Dumitrachescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute Paul Mantu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Donzel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clodoveo Donzel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Mantu in the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Kryspin Walicki reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Clodoveo Donzel. The goal made the score 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kryspin Walicki to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Avram Miulescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cementerio Club the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's Avram Miulescu got a free kick in the 54th minute.
