Válter Alagoano stood somewhat misplaced when Beppe Zoff came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 19 minute. Beppe Zoff came free with the goalkeeper in the 41st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Válter Alagoano could save by the left post. Amerigo Toninelli helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sorci Viola's Amerigo Toninelli got a free kick in the 60th minute. Anfilogino Chiola struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Válter Alagoano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sorci Viola. Válter Alagoano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anfilogino Chiola went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Anfilogino Chiola's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Válter Alagoano was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. 72 minutes into the match, Beppe Zoff had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Válter Alagoano.
