In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind BAIRES's goalkeeper Leo Gaskon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Cristos in the 10th minute of play forced BAIRES's goalkeeper Leo Gaskon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Alberto Dominic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BAIRES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Dominic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of MARTINETA booed when BAIRES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Lucado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Junior Ramiro struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Leo Gaskon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MARTINETA. In the 43rd minute, Romeo Mitxaut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half MARTINETA were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Leo Gaskon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Ruberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Agustín Ruberto took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leo Gaskon. Leo Gaskon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 80 minutes into the match, BAIRES's goalkeeper Leo Gaskon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uriel Cristos. Braulio Olo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. BAIRES's Leo Gaskon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Acuña in the 85th minute of play. Braulio Olo charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Braulio Olo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Braulio Olo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded MARTINETA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BAIRES.
