Spectators: 7476 (Terracing: 5608, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rui Baiano got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Xavier Gou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blackblue United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paulopolis the free kick. After 3 played minutes Blackblue United got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Gou. After some careless play in the Blackblue United defense, Rui Baiano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urbes Astera. The Blackblue United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urbes Astera should have stopped the shot. Chico Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Rui Baiano scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Urbes Astera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes into the game, Danny Salz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blackblue United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paulopolis the free kick. Paulopolis made a substitution. Reinaldo Abreu replaced Lino Meira. After 36 played minutes Blackblue United got a freekick which was hit by Danny Salz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rui Baiano in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Urbes Astera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erick Caicedo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. If Reinaldo Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Timoteo Amigo was the one to do the kick off. Urbes Astera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reinaldo Abreu in the 52nd minute. Pedro Luís Capixaba took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Urbes Astera. Blackblue United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Rui Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reinaldo Abreu hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Erick Caicedo hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Blackblue United's zone, Rui Baiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbes Astera came out of the goal and Rui Baiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. During the 78th minute of the match Danny Salz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Danny Salz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Paulopolis getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Pedro Luís Capixaba hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Paulopolis walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
