The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of ÇORUM FK booed when Diamante Negro DK - VV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgílio Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Umut İnceman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geovani Leal went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Umut İnceman had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Sonny Jönsätt's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Umut İnceman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Ortiz in the 67th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Edinho Pitta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Umut İnceman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Diamante Negro DK - VV's Virgílio Ribeiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Umut İnceman. That made the score 0-3 after 85 minutes of play. Umut İnceman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edinho Pitta in the 88th minute. When Fikri Sakman got free in front of the goal in the 93rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. João Pedro Alvarenga was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 96 minutes Diamante Negro DK - VV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fikri Sakman who took care of the corner kick. After 97 played minutes ÇORUM FK got a freekick which was hit by Mümtaz Onultan. The Diamante Negro DK - VV players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
