After 2 minutes, Abdulmelik Helvacıoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ÇORUM FK and the Cisco Birlik FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd match minute, ÇORUM FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdulmelik Helvacıoğlu to maneuver through the defense. 3 minutes into the match, Refik Halit Pınarbaşı notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of ÇORUM FK's Umut İnceman. Umut İnceman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 9 minutes into the match, Fikri Sakman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Recep Talha Acemoğlu. Cisco Birlik FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fikri Sakman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Recep Talha Acemoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fikri Sakman's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. The supporters of Cisco Birlik FC booed when ÇORUM FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdulmelik Helvacıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Yasin Karluk came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Cisco Birlik FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yasin Karluk couldn't finish the play. Refik Halit Pınarbaşı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mustafa Cumhur Altun took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Recep Talha Acemoğlu. Recep Talha Acemoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Recep Talha Acemoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fikri Sakman's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Recep Talha Acemoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zafer Benlioğlu in the 33rd minute of play. Feyzullay Şahbazoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Recep Talha Acemoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th match minute, Cisco Birlik FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vural Mesut to maneuver through the defense. The ÇORUM FK fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when ÇORUM FK's Fikri Sakman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fikri Sakman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Recep Talha Acemoğlu made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Fikri Sakman sent off a good shot on target. Fikri Sakman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Recep Talha Acemoğlu made a huge save. Tolga Akabe charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tolga Akabe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cisco Birlik FC's Tolga Akabe got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute of the match Fikri Sakman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Recep Talha Acemoğlu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 68th minute Fikri Sakman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Recep Talha Acemoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fikri Sakman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Recep Talha Acemoğlu having to interfere. Mehmet Çağrı Songün hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Fikri Sakman in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Recep Talha Acemoğlu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mustafa Cumhur Altun's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Recep Talha Acemoğlu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fikri Sakman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Recep Talha Acemoğlu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fikri Sakman got free with Recep Talha Acemoğlu in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fikri Sakman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Recep Talha Acemoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Cisco Birlik FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Cumhur Altun came free, but Recep Talha Acemoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded ÇORUM FK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cisco Birlik FC.
