Luís Eduardo Capixaba hit a great ball. Ermegildo Weather didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Afonsinho Paiva went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Zé Paulo Bezerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romulo Eskuin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santo Tibalt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Zé Paulo Bezerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonsinho Paiva in the 45th minute of play forced Konurbano Atletico's goalkeeper Ermegildo Weather to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Premier FC's Aílton de Queirós slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ermegildo Weather. That made the score 0-2 after 53 minutes of play. Afonsinho Paiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Weather having to interfere. Ermegildo Weather made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dadá da Costa in the 60th minute of play. Wilfredo Madaleno hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. When Ezequiel Dominguez fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Konurbano Atletico's protests and gave Ezequiel Dominguez a yellow card for diving instead. 68 minutes into the game, Afonsinho Paiva recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ermegildo Weather. Afonsinho Paiva showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandre Matos during the 75th minute. Santo Tibalt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Paulo Bezerra having to interfere. In the 97th match minute, Premier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Ceresso to maneuver through the defense. In the 98th minute, Wilfredo Madaleno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
