Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Afonsinho Paiva kicked off to start the match. Fernando Ceresso charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernando Ceresso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, Afonsinho Paiva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dennis Urbani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dadá da Costa went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When XMAS's Enzo Alfonsi in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Premier FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave XMAS the free kick. A collision led to Premier FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Luís Eduardo Capixaba hit a great ball. XMAS's Dennis Urbani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dadá da Costa in the 17th minute of play. Fabrizio Cremonese's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé Paulo Bezerra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Afonsinho Paiva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dennis Urbani was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After a rather tough play, Premier FC's Luís Eduardo Capixaba got a free kick in the 26th minute. 33 minutes into the game, Eugenio Casiraghi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. XMAS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Premier FC the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Eugenio Casiraghi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Afonsinho Paiva scored 1-3 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dennis Urbani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Fabrizio Eboli fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored XMAS's protests and gave Fabrizio Eboli a yellow card for diving instead. Dennis Urbani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonsinho Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enzo Alfonsi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dennis Urbani had great luck who in the 52ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Dadá da Costa from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 55th minute, Enzo Alfonsi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Afonsinho Paivas short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Dennis Urbani to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Premier FC's Luís Eduardo Capixaba got a free kick in the 66th minute. After a rather tough play, XMAS's Angelo Pallotta got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 78th minute Enzo Alfonsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo Bezerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dadá da Costa hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After 89 played minutes XMAS got a freekick which was hit by Fabrizio Cremonese. Dadá da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Urbani having to interfere. Premier FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
