The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Afonsinho Paiva was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Dadá da Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Önder Değer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Gündüz Yesari blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Paulo Bezerra having to make a save. Ahmet Gündüz Yesari scored 2-3 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Paulo Bezerra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Premier FC's zone, Ahmet Gündüz Yesari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Paulo Bezerra came out of the goal and Ahmet Gündüz Yesari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Rubens Maia fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Premier FC's protests and gave Rubens Maia a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 played minutes Premier FC got a freekick which was hit by Rubens Maia. Ahmet Gündüz Yesari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aílton de Queirós took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Önder Değer. Önder Değer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. Fernando Ceresso charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernando Ceresso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Premier FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! During the 85th minute of the match Rubens Maia completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rubens Maia a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Rubens Maia hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Zé Paulo Bezerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Gündüz Yesari in the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Ahmet Gündüz Yesari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hatayspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Gündüz Yesari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hatayspor players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Premier FC.
