The audience thought a goal was coming when Waclaw Fiszer got free with Uriel Raymon in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roland Zalipski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Pierres in the 4th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodolfo Flores during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rodolfo Flores hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After 8 minutes of play, STILON GORZÓW's Bernard Kosakowski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Uriel Raymon was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Waclaw Fiszer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Uriel Raymon. That made the score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. Velez Sarsfield's Uriel Raymon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernard Kosakowski in the 22nd minute of play. Uriel Raymon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Waclaw Fiszer in the 24th minute. Patricio Mendebal kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Leonard Cipinski struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Uriel Raymon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for STILON GORZÓW. In the 30th match minute, STILON GORZÓW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Burufski to maneuver through the defense. Leonard Cipinski hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Roland Zalipski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Caitano in the 32nd minute of the match. Uriel Raymon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Lichniak in the 34th minute of play. In the 39th minute, STILON GORZÓW's Waclaw Fiszer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Uriel Raymon. Uriel Raymon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Roland Zalipski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Caitano in the 43rd minute of the match. Roland Zalipski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Braulio Pierres went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sergio Caitano to strike the kick off in the second half. Roland Zalipski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Caitano in the 57th minute of play. The Velez Sarsfield fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Velez Sarsfield's Sergio Caitano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Velez Sarsfield's Sergio Caitano got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Velez Sarsfield's Uriel Raymon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Lichniak in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Bernard Kosakowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Uriel Raymon. Velez Sarsfield's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernard Kosakowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. In the 69th minute, Sergio Caitano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roland Zalipski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. Roland Zalipski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Caitano in the 72nd minute of play. Grzegorz Furlit hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Angelo Seme was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 81 minutes into the match. Filip Burufski hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. STILON GORZÓW's Grzegorz Furlit got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Grzegorz Furlit off the ground. In the 89th minute, Grzegorz Furlit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uriel Raymon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdzislaw Serwacki, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The STILON GORZÓW fans cheered their team off the field, for while Velez Sarsfield had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
