After some careless play in the Gladiator FC defense, Radomir Dranka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelio Epifani. The Gladiator FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurelio Epifani should have stopped the shot. 40 minutes into the match, Pituil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferruccio Rinaldi came free, but Jimeno Abechuco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pituil FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Arnoldo Harriet hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ferruccio Rinaldi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gladiator FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferruccio Rinaldi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimeno Abechuco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferruccio Rinaldi to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adalberto Quaresma got free with Aurelio Epifani in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aurelio Epifani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Berdaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Aldo Ubriaco kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After 77 played minutes Pituil FC got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Quaresma. 78 minutes into the match, Beppe Rivera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimeno Abechuco. Pituil FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Beppe Rivera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. After some careless play in the Gladiator FC defense, Radomir Dranka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelio Epifani. Fabiano Rossi charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabiano Rossi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
