Pedrão Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué Penha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jurassic Monsters SA's Vinícius Grandi in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vista Alegre FC's goalie prevented a goal. Josué Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hortêncio Senna got free with Denílson Azevedo in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedrão Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Penha, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Wiliam Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vista Alegre FC's goalkeeper Pedrão Sarmento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aírton Bezerra hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Denílson Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hortêncio Senna in the 26th minute of play. Hortêncio Senna had several of the Jurassic Monsters SA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Denílson Azevedo as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 32nd match minute, Jurassic Monsters SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Salgado to maneuver through the defense. Vista Alegre FC's Pedrão Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Penha in the 38th minute of play. A collision led to Jurassic Monsters SA getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Luiz Mendes hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Josué Penha to strike the kick off in the second half. Dráuzio de Alcântara took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Denílson Azevedo. Jurassic Monsters SA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hortêncio Senna's late challenge caught a Jurassic Monsters SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hortêncio Senna helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hortêncio Senna in the 60th minute of play forced Jurassic Monsters SA's goalkeeper Denílson Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Sebastião Salgado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jurassic Monsters SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vista Alegre FC the free kick. Hortêncio Senna took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denílson Azevedo. Denílson Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 68 minutes into the match, Jurassic Monsters SA's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Renato Dracena came free, but Denílson Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denílson Azevedo came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Vista Alegre FC's Hortêncio Senna. But to his dismay, Hortêncio Senna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 73 minutes into the match, Vista Alegre FC's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Penha came free, but Pedrão Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Vista Alegre FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Salgado came free, but Pedrão Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Vista Alegre FC's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Penha came free, but Pedrão Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Jurassic Monsters SA's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Senna came free, but Denílson Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Paulo Renato Dracena notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Jurassic Monsters SA's Denílson Azevedo.
