After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Vinícius Grandi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jurassic Monsters SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinícius Grandi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cătălin Dăianu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 7 minutes of play, Jurassic Monsters SA's Josué Penha made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cătălin Dăianu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12thth minute of the game Josué Penha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC GURZUN's Cătălin Dăianu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Jurassic Monsters SA's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Urdăreanu came free, but Denílson Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentin Urdăreanu hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Cătălin Dăianu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué Penha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vinícius Grandi kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Josué Penha's late challenge caught a FC GURZUN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Josué Penha helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes Jurassic Monsters SA got a freekick which was hit by Josué Penha. The crowd rose to their feet as FC GURZUN's Valentin Urdăreanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Denílson Azevedo. That made the score 1-1 after 28 minutes of play. After some careless play in the FC GURZUN defense, Natã Carioca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cătălin Dăianu. The FC GURZUN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cătălin Dăianu should have stopped the shot. When Josué Penha came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Jurassic Monsters SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Josué Penha couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Josué Penha in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cătălin Dăianu saved FC GURZUN from getting behind. Cristinel Trapcea kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the game, Jurassic Monsters SA's Josué Penha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cătălin Dăianu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Urdăreanu made a kick off. Denílson Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustinian Drăghincescu in the 51st minute of the match. Denílson Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Urdăreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Josué Penha had several of the FC GURZUN's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-4 score and a disappointed Cătălin Dăianu as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to Jurassic Monsters SA getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Natã Carioca hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute Valentin Urdăreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denílson Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jurassic Monsters SA's Josué Penha got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. The referee ordered Josué Penha off the ground. Josué Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Cristinel Trapcea took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Denílson Azevedo. Jurassic Monsters SA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Natã Carioca kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cătălin Dăianu. That made the score 1-5 in the 71 minute of play. In the 75th minute, Albert Finteșteanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denílson Azevedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. If Natã Carioca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cătălin Dăianu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natã Carioca in the 81st minute. Natã Carioca charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natã Carioca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Natã Carioca hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 91st match minute, Jurassic Monsters SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Mendes to maneuver through the defense. When Gică Oros fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC GURZUN's protests and gave Gică Oros a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Jurassic Monsters SA booed when FC GURZUN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gică Oros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aírton Bezerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Cătălin Dăianu made a huge save. Jurassic Monsters SA's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
