The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Lunáticos FC got a freekick which was hit by Edu Camargo. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lunáticos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cipriano Kemen was slow to take the kick. During this time Pancha Futbol Club's players had a chance to rest. In the 9th match minute, Lunáticos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edu Camargo to maneuver through the defense. If Gregorio Gartxot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, Geovani do Nascimento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Florentino Elazar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Răzvan Fințescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Kemen in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Kemen in the 25th minute of play forced Lunáticos FC's goalkeeper Răzvan Fințescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Pancha Futbol Club's Cipriano Kemen to fire away a dangerous shot which Răzvan Fințescu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 32ndth minute of the game Cipriano Kemen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lunáticos FC's Răzvan Fințescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Pancha Futbol Club fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Pancha Futbol Club's Cipriano Kemen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 35 minutes into the match, Pancha Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Zézinho Lago came free, but Florentino Elazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, Lunáticos FC's Edu Camargo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Florentino Elazar. Florentino Elazar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Roberto Silban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Răzvan Fințescu having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geovani do Nascimento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Roberto Silban fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pancha Futbol Club's protests and gave Roberto Silban a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes Pancha Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Silban. Pancha Futbol Club's Gregorio Gartxot got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute of the match, Cipriano Kemen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Răzvan Fințescu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Edu Camargo kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Roberto Silban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Răzvan Fințescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roberto Silban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Răzvan Fințescu having to interfere. The Lunáticos FC fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Lunáticos FC's Geovani do Nascimento looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fernandinho Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Florentino Elazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cipriano Kemen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Răzvan Fințescu made a huge save. After 81 minutes Lunáticos FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cipriano Kemen who took care of the corner kick. 84 minutes into the game, Fernandinho Fontes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Florentino Elazar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Florentino Elazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovani do Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Ricardo Domingues was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lunáticos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pancha Futbol Club the free kick. Ricardo Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lunáticos FC had won after a very even match.
