Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Josué Penha kicked off to start the match. Hortêncio Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 5 minutes Vista Alegre FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aírton Bezerra who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Aírton Bezerra almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vista Alegre FC's Pedrão Sarmento did a great save. Vista Alegre FC's Pedrão Sarmento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Vista Alegre FC from getting a goal against them. Natã Carioca came free with the goalkeeper in the 10th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pedrão Sarmento could save by the left post. Denílson Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diogo Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Jurassic Monsters SA's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Senna came free, but Denílson Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Jurassic Monsters SA getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Aírton Bezerra hit a great ball. Jurassic Monsters SA's Denílson Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Renato Dracena in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Josué Penha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jurassic Monsters SA's Denílson Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Bueno in the 26th minute of play. If Natã Carioca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 36th match minute, Jurassic Monsters SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Mendes to maneuver through the defense. Pedrão Sarmento was a little too slow when Josué Penha got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hortêncio Senna made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Josué Penha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedrão Sarmento was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 55th match minute, Vista Alegre FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Renato Dracena to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Josué Penha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jurassic Monsters SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Josué Penha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedrão Sarmento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastião Salgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrão Sarmento having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vista Alegre FC's Dráuzio de Alcântara got a free kick in the 66th minute. Aírton Bezerra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pedrão Sarmento. Vista Alegre FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 74 minutes Vista Alegre FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aírton Bezerra who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Jurassic Monsters SA's Aírton Bezerra to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedrão Sarmento despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Vista Alegre FC fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Vista Alegre FC's Hortêncio Senna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diogo Bueno during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Natã Carioca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Agnaldo do Valle fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jurassic Monsters SA's protests and gave Agnaldo do Valle a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th minute, Agnaldo do Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denílson Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hortêncio Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Jurassic Monsters SA had won after a very even match.
