Valentín Bello might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feliks Kaczanek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valentín Bello ran back to his position shaking his head. Feliks Kaczanek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentín Bello in the 6th minute of the match. After 7 minutes of play, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Valentín Bello made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feliks Kaczanek was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Husaria Dukla defense, Duardo Pruniel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Feliks Kaczanek. The Husaria Dukla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Feliks Kaczanek should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Ornitorrincos F.C. booed when Husaria Dukla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernard Jarocewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliks Kaczanek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Carlos Zapata, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Feliks Kaczanek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaume Jarabran in the 17th minute of play. Feliks Kaczanek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentín Bello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Duardo Pruniel scored 0-3 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliks Kaczanek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Feliks Kaczanek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Carlos Zapata, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Feliks Kaczanek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentín Bello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Walery Barna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Duardo Pruniel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feliks Kaczanek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After the first half Ornitorrincos F.C. were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernard Jarocewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Feliks Kaczanek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duardo Pruniel in the 59th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Duardo Pruniel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Feliks Kaczanek, 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Carlos Zapata in the 66th minute of play forced Husaria Dukla's goalkeeper Feliks Kaczanek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Husaria Dukla made a substitution. Ziemowit Kissel replaced Bernard Jarocewicz. Husaria Dukla's Feliks Kaczanek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Husaria Dukla from getting a goal against them. In the 77th match minute, Husaria Dukla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walery Barna to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Wit Kostrzewa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. César Bertrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziemowit Kissel in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Duardo Pruniel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Duardo Pruniel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. César Bertrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziemowit Kissel in the 93rd minute of play. The Husaria Dukla fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ornitorrincos F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
