The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Stefan Ciszewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Tim Johnstone made a huge save. Carl Atkins's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zachariasz Lichorobiec read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, The Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when 严旭光 came free, but Tim Johnstone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Carl Atkins made a precise shot to the right of Zachariasz Lichorobiec. Sprzedawcy ogórków's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 36th minute Mateusz Bielejewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Johnstone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of The Tigers booed when Sprzedawcy ogórków was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franciszek Bierfass didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mateusz Bielejewski to make the kick off. Zachariasz Lichorobiec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayden Moore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 56 minutes of play, The Tigers's Carl Atkins made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zachariasz Lichorobiec was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zachariasz Lichorobiec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benji Murray, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The Tigers made a substitution. Phil Clarke replaced Hayden Moore. Zachariasz Lichorobiec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Atkins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 严旭光 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Tim Johnstone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Tigers's Sid Francis was substituted for Jonatan Fredericksen. Zachariasz Lichorobiec stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carl Atkins's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Tim Johnstone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariusz Lanczak in the 85th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carl Atkins in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zachariasz Lichorobiec saved Sprzedawcy ogórków from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Phil Clarke managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Tigers's supporters rose to their feet, but Phil Clarke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zachariasz Lichorobiec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 96 minutes into the match, Stefan Ciszewski notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of The Tigers's Tim Johnstone. Tim Johnstone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
