Tienso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rosendo Argi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Teodosio Lain scored 0-3 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hernan Mundo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute, Teodosio Lain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tiburones Rojos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After having played for 23 minutes, Rosendo Argi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tiburones Rojos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Argi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Argi in the 28th minute of play forced Tienso's goalkeeper Hernan Mundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tienso's Hernan Mundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Lain in the 29th minute of play. Teodosio Lain struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Hernan Mundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tiburones Rojos. In the 39th minute, Rodrigo Peruxu made a precise shot to the right of Hernan Mundo. Tienso's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Hernan Mundo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodosio Lain went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Nicanor Otsoa charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicanor Otsoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tienso's Nicanor Otsoa got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guido Xabier to make the kick off. Nicanor Otsoa hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. If Teofilo Venceslao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hernan Mundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Peruxu in the 54th minute of play. Fanis Bakosis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Xabier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hernan Mundo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodosio Lain went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Rosendo Argi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Hernan Mundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Teodosio Lain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tiburones Rojos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. In the 68th minute, Rodrigo Peruxu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hernan Mundo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. The audience was convinced that Guido Xabier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fanis Bakosis was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Tienso's Hernan Mundo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Tienso from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the match, Tienso's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Argi came free, but Hernan Mundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernan Mundo made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Teodosio Lain sent off a good shot on target. Tienso's Hernan Mundo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Tienso from getting a goal against them.
