Bernard Ryers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio De Diego in the 14th minute of the match. Alexander Pérez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ward Raeymakers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Hector Pinilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Ryers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for San Roque FC! 30 minutes into the game, Ward Raeymakers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Bernard Ryers had in the 35thth minute some difficulties stopping Jorge Carrera's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Brain De Raedemaeker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ward Raeymakers came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Forza Heppenbach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ward Raeymakers couldn't finish the play. 46 minutes into the game, Hector Pinilla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Roque FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forza Heppenbach the free kick. The supporters of Forza Heppenbach booed when San Roque FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Pinilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Alexander Pérez was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the match, Forza Heppenbach's Dominic Vlimmens sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexander Pérez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st minute Forza Heppenbach were awarded a corner. Ward Raeymakers went to the cornerflag to take it. Bernard Ryers made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Hector Pinilla sent off a good shot on target. Alexander Pérez came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Forza Heppenbach's Dimitri Gielis. But to his dismay, Dimitri Gielis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.
