Spectators: 7647 (Terracing: 5737, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jano Cavalcante started the match with the kick off. Vaios Evaggelliadis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jano Cavalcante in the 6th minute. Jano Cavalcante got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-0 in the right cross in the 8th match minute before Vaios Evaggelliadis had time to react. After 17 minutes Tacheros OFF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Laerte Paraíba who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Montevideo's Laerte Paraíba to fire away a dangerous shot which Vaios Evaggelliadis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tacheros OFF's Vaios Evaggelliadis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Tacheros OFF from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes into the game, Jano Cavalcante recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vaios Evaggelliadis. Jano Cavalcante showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Jano Cavalcante had several of the Tacheros OFF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Vaios Evaggelliadis as he didn't even see the shot coming. After some careless play in the Montevideo defense, Guaberto Valentine kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oleg Timofeev. The Montevideo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oleg Timofeev should have stopped the shot. Vaios Evaggelliadis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jano Cavalcante in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Tacheros OFF's goalkeeper Vaios Evaggelliadis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jano Cavalcante. Joona Peltomaa hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Montevideo's Laerte Paraíba shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 43rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Vaios Evaggelliadis but with some difficulty. Montevideo's Oleg Timofeev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Valentine in the 44th minute of play. Jano Cavalcantes short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Vaios Evaggelliadis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 48th minute, Leandro Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Camilo Ranolfo made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Montevideo's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Ranolfo came free, but Oleg Timofeev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tacheros OFF's zone, Jano Cavalcante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vaios Evaggelliadis came out of the goal and Jano Cavalcante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oleg Timofeev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Ranolfo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Vaios Evaggelliadis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jano Cavalcante's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. 63 minutes into the match, Tacheros OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Jano Cavalcante came free, but Vaios Evaggelliadis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oleg Timofeev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Ranolfo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Clóvis Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vaios Evaggelliadis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tacheros OFF's attentive Desiderio Txomin managed to snatch the ball when Laerte Paraíba made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 85thth minute of the game Jano Cavalcante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tacheros OFF's Vaios Evaggelliadis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 86th minute, Guaberto Valentine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vaios Evaggelliadis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jano Cavalcante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Tacheros OFF defense, Arthur Trigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vaios Evaggelliadis. The Tacheros OFF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vaios Evaggelliadis should have stopped the shot. Montevideo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
