The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With 10 minutes on the clock, Richey Bernaerts commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Richey Bernaerts hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Ceyhan Tun sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Forza Heppenbach's Bernard Ryers didn't even have to move. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aziz Erçelik during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Yeşilköyspor's Aziz Erçelik got a free kick in the 14th minute. Bernard Ryers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aziz Erçelik in the 16th minute of play. Aziz Erçelik was shown his second yellow card after 22 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Bernard Ryers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkın Semavi in the 26th minute of the match. The supporters of Yeşilköyspor booed when Forza Heppenbach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitri Gielis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dimitri Gielis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi İlke having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Arkın Semavi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yeşilköyspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forza Heppenbach the free kick. Bernard Ryers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arkın Semavi in the 40th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Ward Raeymakers fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.

Dominic Vlimmens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi İlke having to interfere. When Brain De Raedemaeker came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Forza Heppenbach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brain De Raedemaeker couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ward Raeymakers in the 63rd minute of play forced Yeşilköyspor's goalkeeper Mehdi İlke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dominic Vlimmens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ward Raeymakers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Mehdi İlke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernard Ryers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uygur Celvet in the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, İdris Oskay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mehdi İlke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominic Vlimmens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernard Ryers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uygur Celvet in the 82nd minute of play. Dominic Vlimmens blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehdi İlke having to make a save. In the 86thth minute of the game Uygur Celvet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Forza Heppenbach's Bernard Ryers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Axel De Beer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Mehdi İlke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yeşilköyspor's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
