After 8 played minutes Wataha Zielona Góra got a freekick which was hit by Wlodzimierz Malewicki. In the 12th minute of the match, Charles Zonta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wasyl Jaszyna saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kacper Bejgier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Recife having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Marcel Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 played minutes, Wataha Zielona Góra's Edgar Setara shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Patrick Recife came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wataha Zielona Góra reached it. Wasyl Jaszyna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamílton Miranda, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After a rather tough play, Wataha Zielona Góra's Kacper Bejgier got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the game, Leszek Polkoski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wataha Zielona Góra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Metropol the free kick. In the 24th match minute, Wataha Zielona Góra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leszek Polkoski to maneuver through the defense. After 25 played minutes, AC Metropol's Jarbas Azevedo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wasyl Jaszyna came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AC Metropol reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wlodzimierz Malewicki in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Recife prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wataha Zielona Góra's Wasyl Jaszyna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamílton Miranda in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Charles Zonta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wasyl Jaszyna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Wataha Zielona Góra's Wasyl Jaszyna got control of the ball when Otávio Toledo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute, Eliseu Nóbrega left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Metropol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 42nd match minute, AC Metropol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otávio Toledo to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hamílton Miranda to strike the kick off in the second half. Wasyl Jaszyna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otávio Toledo in the 56th minute of the match. AC Metropol's Otávio Toledo got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wasyl Jaszyna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Vítor Campidelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hamílton Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Wasyl Jaszyna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wasyl Jaszyna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otávio Toledo in the 65th minute of the match. Wasyl Jaszyna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Zonta in the 66th minute of play. Wasyl Jaszyna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Zonta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes AC Metropol got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Perez. Edgar Setara took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patrick Recife. AC Metropol's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Wataha Zielona Góra's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu Nóbrega came free, but Wasyl Jaszyna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otávio Toledo in the 80th minute of play forced Wataha Zielona Góra's goalkeeper Wasyl Jaszyna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 played minutes Wataha Zielona Góra got a freekick which was hit by Wlodzimierz Malewicki. Hamílton Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wasyl Jaszyna having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otávio Toledo in the 87th minute of play forced Wataha Zielona Góra's goalkeeper Wasyl Jaszyna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute Hamílton Miranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wasyl Jaszyna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Agostinho Toledo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Wataha Zielona Góra's Wasyl Jaszyna. Wasyl Jaszyna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AC Metropol fully deserved thier win.
