Spectators: 7534 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) 2 minutes into the match, Enio Mangueira notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Granate's Jonathan Palmquist. Jonathan Palmquist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 5th minute Tomás Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Gaudencio Estebe in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Jardim América FC's Aníbal Abraão. After 11 played minutes Jardim América FC got a freekick which was hit by Richard Vargas. If Bernabe Galtero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th minute, Ildefonso Columbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute Enio Mangueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Palmquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enio Mangueira in the 19th minute of play. Luan Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Galtero in the 24th minute of play. Jonathan Palmquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Mazza in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enio Mangueira in the 33rd minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Jonathan Palmquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Palmquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enio Mangueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enio Mangueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Palmquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enio Mangueira in the 39th minute of play. When Lucio Serapio came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Granate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucio Serapio couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Luan Ramos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience was convinced that Bernabe Galtero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luan Ramos was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Tomás Mazza struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Jonathan Palmquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jardim América FC.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomás Mazza was the one to do the kick off. Saverio Luken thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Jonathan Palmquist, a very annoying self made goal in the 51st minute which led to 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Kirby in the 56th minute of play forced Jardim América FC's goalkeeper Luan Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 58 minutes, Gaudencio Estebe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Granate and the Jardim América FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Granate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Estebe to maneuver through the defense. Enio Mangueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Jonathan Palmquist made a huge save. Jonathan Palmquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Mazza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernabe Galtero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Palmquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Granate's goalkeeper Jonathan Palmquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomás Mazza. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernabe Galtero in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luan Ramos saved Jardim América FC from getting behind. Gaudencio Estebe made in the 86th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Humberto Fidensio. In the 87th minute Enio Mangueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luan Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Kirby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Jardim América FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
