Adrian Juvenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Kiliz having to interfere. Marco Ostargi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Florentino Paul recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute, Florentino Paul left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GUSESI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 17 played minutes GUSESI got a freekick which was hit by Paco Gento. In the 18th minute, Tomás Checa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Florentino Paul had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgardo Botello. Deportivo Pucho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florentino Paul was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Adrian Juvenal's late challenge caught a GUSESI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Juvenal helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Deportivo Pucho getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Adrian Juvenal hit a great ball. Santos Kiliz made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Adrian Juvenal sent off a good shot on target. After 28 played minutes GUSESI got a freekick which was hit by Francis Dukaj. With a little luck, GUSESI's Santos Kiliz got control of the ball when Desiderio Ermengol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Deportivo Pucho's Tomás Checa suffered a sore thigh after 33 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Isaias Rafe charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaias Rafe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th minute, Isaias Rafe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anselmo Quirze hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, GUSESI's Francis Dukaj got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Santos Kiliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Ermengol, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florentino Paul made a kick off. The supporters of Deportivo Pucho booed when GUSESI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francis Dukaj didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pucho's Desiderio Ermengol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santos Kiliz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, GUSESI's Florentino Paul got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute Desiderio Ermengol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Kiliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Ostargis short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Edgardo Botello to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Florentino Paul could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Edgardo Botello made a huge save. GUSESI's Santos Kiliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Juvenal in the 72nd minute of play. After 73 played minutes GUSESI got a freekick which was hit by Francis Dukaj. 77 minutes into the match, GUSESI's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Ermengol came free, but Santos Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florentino Paul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Desiderio Ermengol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Desiderio Ermengol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Pucho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2.
