Gez Barbers short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Kjell-Arne Hultman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. MAFFIAN's Kjell-Arne Hultman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Tuck in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Tuck in the 17th minute of play forced MAFFIAN's goalkeeper Kjell-Arne Hultman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Gez Barber reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kjell-Arne Hultman. The goal made the score 2-0. Alvar Kollberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gul Keep read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Sylvester Stallone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. MAFFIAN's Kjell-Arne Hultman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gez Barber in the 37th minute of play. Gul Keep showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Claude Van Damme, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After some careless play in the Garlic Eaters defense, Sylvester Stallone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gul Keep. The Garlic Eaters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gul Keep should have stopped the shot. A collision led to MAFFIAN getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Mark Widberg hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, one of MAFFIAN:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for MAFFIAN. Gez Barber placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jean-Claude Van Damme to make the kick off. Kjell-Arne Hultman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shane Barratt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute Garlic Eaters were awarded a corner. Tod Tompkins went to the cornerflag to take it. Gez Barber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell-Arne Hultman having to interfere. In the 59thth minute of the game Arnold Schwarzenegger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garlic Eaters's Gul Keep was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. MAFFIAN's Jörn Gustafsson was substituted for Jim Nilsson. After having played for 67 minutes, Tod Tompkins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garlic Eaters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tod Tompkins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kjell-Arne Hultman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Crawshaw, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Bruninho Falcão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gez Barber in the 77th minute of play forced MAFFIAN's goalkeeper Kjell-Arne Hultman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gul Keep showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Claude Van Damme in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Gez Barber left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Garlic Eaters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Gul Keep didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jean-Claude Van Damme went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Kjell-Arne Hultman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shane Barratt in the 88th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Shane Barratt in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kjell-Arne Hultman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kjell-Arne Hultman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruninho Falcão in the 91st minute of the match. Shane Barratt struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Kjell-Arne Hultman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garlic Eaters.
