Arnold Schwarzenegger was extremely unlucky when he, in the 16th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 16 minutes into the match, Jean-Claude Van Damme notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of São José City - FSCMZ's Hélder Severo. Hélder Severo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hélder Severo made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Sylvester Stallone sent off a good shot on target. Arnold Schwarzenegger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

São José City - FSCMZ were furious when Moisés Montenegro was red carded, 51 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, São José City - FSCMZ's Moisés Montenegro got a free kick in the 51st minute. Sylvester Stallone was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 52nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Nelsinho Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. MAFFIAN's Jörn Gustafsson was substituted for Jim Nilsson. MAFFIAN made a substitution. Michael Klack replaced Christer Wassenius. 62 minutes into the match, São José City - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Claude Van Damme came free, but Hélder Severo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, MAFFIAN's Arnold Schwarzenegger got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 79 minutes of play, MAFFIAN's Arnold Schwarzenegger made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hélder Severo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hélder Severo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Claude Van Damme in the 82nd minute of the match. Hélder Severo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jean-Claude Van Damme went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 94th minute, Arnold Schwarzenegger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MAFFIAN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0.
