The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Generoso Sasoin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 6 minutes into the match, Eddie Murphy dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Generoso Sasoin, 1-0. Apolo Fagildo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Görkem Büyükada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Berasko, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Silvinho Macedo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Generoso Sasoin. That made the score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Generoso Sasoin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvinho Macedo. After some careless play in the Gloria Verdinegra AFC defense, Silvinho Macedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Generoso Sasoin. The Gloria Verdinegra AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Generoso Sasoin should have stopped the shot. İlkan Barlas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Sasoin having to interfere. With a little luck, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Generoso Sasoin got control of the ball when Silvinho Macedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Real Trabzon Sk's Silvinho Macedo got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Generoso Sasoin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İlkan Barlas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Generoso Sasoin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvinho Macedo in the 35th minute. After 37 played minutes Gloria Verdinegra AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rogelio Dabi. A hard and well directed shot from Eddie Murphy led 38 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Generoso Sasoin became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 4-0. When Samuel Intxixu fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gloria Verdinegra AFC's protests and gave Samuel Intxixu a yellow card for diving instead. When Eddie Murphy came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Real Trabzon Sk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eddie Murphy couldn't finish the play. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Generoso Sasoin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Gloria Verdinegra AFC from getting a goal against them. Gaston Cuartio's late challenge caught a Real Trabzon Sk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaston Cuartio helped the player get up and apologised. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Generoso Sasoin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvinho Macedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Javier Dimo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Murphy in the 57th minute of play forced Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Generoso Sasoin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 58 minutes, Silvinho Macedo made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Generoso Sasoin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Real Trabzon Sk's zone, Eulalio Berasko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Görkem Büyükada came out of the goal and Eulalio Berasko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sinan Ateş in the 64th minute of play forced Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Generoso Sasoin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Görkem Büyükada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoldo Ler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvinho Macedo succeeded in the game's 70th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-0. 74 minutes into the game, Real Trabzon Sk's Eddie Murphy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Generoso Sasoin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. After 77th play minutes Eddie Murphy shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Generoso Sasoin and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of Gloria Verdinegra AFC booed when Real Trabzon Sk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sinan Ateş didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Arnoldo Ler fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. But to his dismay, Silvinho Macedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0.
