The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artur Gerber during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Pretoria Gostyń booed when DIPLOMATA FC PAB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Gerber didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Téo Loureiro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tomasz Dziedelonis. Téo Loureiro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After some careless play in the Pretoria Gostyń defense, Téo Loureiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomasz Dziedelonis. The Pretoria Gostyń fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomasz Dziedelonis should have stopped the shot. Pretoria Gostyń's Tomasz Dziedelonis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Pretoria Gostyń from getting a goal against them. After 19 minutes Pretoria Gostyń's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olavo Sousa who took care of the corner kick. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Olavo Sousa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tomasz Dziedelonis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Luiz Guilherme Simão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michal Malewicki went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 31 minutes, Zbyszek Niewiadomski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pretoria Gostyń and the DIPLOMATA FC PAB players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pretoria Gostyń getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Zbyszek Niewiadomski hit a great ball. Pretoria Gostyń's Tomasz Dziedelonis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olavo Sousa in the 32nd minute of play. Tomasz Dziedelonis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Téo Loureiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pretoria Gostyń's Michal Malewicki managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luan Gaspar in the 34 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Przemyslaw Piszczor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pretoria Gostyń's supporters rose to their feet, but Przemyslaw Piszczor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Guilherme Simão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Olavo Sousa got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Adelino Custódio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomasz Dziedelonis was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomasz Falkowski was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Miroslaw Gongola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Michal Malewicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Guilherme Simão having to interfere. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Luiz Guilherme Simão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to DIPLOMATA FC PAB getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. João Carlos Martins hit a great ball. The supporters of DIPLOMATA FC PAB booed when Pretoria Gostyń was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomasz Falkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celsinho Marquez charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celsinho Marquez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 66 played minutes DIPLOMATA FC PAB got a freekick which was hit by Celsinho Marquez. In the 69th minute, Michal Malewicki made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Guilherme Simão. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Miroslaw Gongola made in the 81st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Przemyslaw Piszczor however managed to control. Téo Loureiro struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Tomasz Dziedelonis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DIPLOMATA FC PAB. Tomasz Dziedelonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Téo Loureiro in the 95th minute of play. Celsinho Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, DIPLOMATA FC PAB could leave the field as winners, despite Pretoria Gostyń having more of the ball for most of the match.
