But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francesco Sardella couldn't finish the play. If Francesco Sardella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Squadra de Pippe's Alvise Colombi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zygmunt Grunwalski in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of Squadra de Pippe booed when Weronka Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olgierd Krzynowek didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Marini in the 21st minute of play forced Weronka Team's goalkeeper Pankracy Jakisz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvise Colombi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Derlanga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 played minutes Squadra de Pippe got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Antonangeli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Grunwalski in the 29th minute of play forced Squadra de Pippe's goalkeeper Alvise Colombi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Franco Evani reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pankracy Jakisz. The goal made the score 1-0. Weronka Team's Pankracy Jakisz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Weronka Team from getting a goal against them. Weronka Team's Pankracy Jakisz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Evani in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Borys Barowicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Weronka Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Squadra de Pippe the free kick. After 41 played minutes Weronka Team got a freekick which was hit by Borys Barowicz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Barowicz in the 44th minute of play forced Squadra de Pippe's goalkeeper Alvise Colombi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Weronka Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Franco Evani scored to the left of an out of position Pankracy Jakisz, making the score, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franco Evani made a kick off. Pankracy Jakisz came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Squadra de Pippe's Francesco Sardella. But to his dismay, Francesco Sardella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 58th minute Fabiano Antonangeli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Jakisz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 59 minutes of play, Squadra de Pippe's Fabiano Antonangeli made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pankracy Jakisz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 63rd minute, Francesco Sardella made a precise shot to the right of Pankracy Jakisz. Weronka Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Pankracy Jakisz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franco Evani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Weronka Team booed when Squadra de Pippe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francesco Sardella didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 minutes, Franco Evani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Squadra de Pippe and the Weronka Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th minute, Franco Evani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Squadra de Pippe's Diego Coccia got a free kick in the 77th minute. A long shot from Konstanty Budzyn in the 78th minute of play was well struck, but Alvise Colombi made a really good save at the right post. 80 minutes into the game, Squadra de Pippe's Francesco Sardella nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pankracy Jakisz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Pankracy Jakisz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Preda in the 82nd minute of the match. A collision led to Squadra de Pippe getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Francesco Sardella hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Edward Derlanga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Weronka Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Edward Derlanga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvise Colombi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Coccia during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Diego Coccia hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Pankracy Jakisz came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Squadra de Pippe's Fabiano Antonangeli. But to his dismay, Fabiano Antonangeli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Squadra de Pippe's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
