Faas Marsal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvise Colombi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duda Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Diego Coccia fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Squadra de Pippe's protests and gave Diego Coccia a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Squadra de Pippe's Diego Coccia got a free kick in the 27th minute. The wind increased when Faas Marsal made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Prestes in the 55th minute of play forced Squadra de Pippe's goalkeeper Alvise Colombi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Squadra de Pippe's Franco Evani got a free kick in the 57th minute. Squadra de Pippe's Alvise Colombi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faas Marsal in the 58th minute of play. Santo Everton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francesco Sardella in the 61st minute. If Faas Marsal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 67 minutes on the clock, Cherif Gomez commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card.
