Federico Liberati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomasz Falkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Pretoria Gostyń's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuele Danza came free, but Tomasz Dziedelonis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Sporting Club Sicilia's protests and gave Flavio Scrima a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd match minute, Sporting Club Sicilia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Scrima to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Gianluca Scamacca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomasz Dziedelonis. The crowd rose to their feet as Sporting Club Sicilia's Gianluca Scamacca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomasz Dziedelonis. That made the score 2-0 after 43 minutes of play. Tomasz Dziedelonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Scrima in the 46th minute of play. Gianluca Scamacca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gianluca Scamacca was the one to do the kick off. Tomasz Dziedelonis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianluca Scamacca, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Tomasz Dziedelonis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Scrima in the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Sporting Club Sicilia's Flavio Scrima fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Tomasz Dziedelonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianluca Scamacca in the 81st minute of play. Federico Liberati made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Przemyslaw Piszczor sent off a good shot on target. Tomasz Falkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 91 minutes, Tomasz Falkowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pretoria Gostyń and the Sporting Club Sicilia players grew even worse after the yellow card.
