Jerzy Ciborek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Skoglund in the 4th minute of play. After 4 played minutes Nadodrze Wrocław got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Pilsudski. Trixande Fåglar BK's Arvid Jansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Trixande Fåglar BK from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute Tommy Skoglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Ciborek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Nadodrze Wrocław defense, Dan Rönn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerzy Ciborek. The Nadodrze Wrocław fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerzy Ciborek should have stopped the shot. Jerzy Ciborek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Skoglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 18 played minutes Nadodrze Wrocław got a freekick which was hit by Milosz Hetman. After a rather tough play, Nadodrze Wrocław's Jaroslaw Pilsudski got a free kick in the 20th minute. After 21 played minutes, Trixande Fåglar BK's Ove Ferm shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jerzy Ciborek came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trixande Fåglar BK reached it. 25 minutes into the match, Nadodrze Wrocław's goal looked a bit too open when Peder Karlberg came free, but Jerzy Ciborek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerzy Ciborek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peder Karlberg went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Jerzy Ciborek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peder Karlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Jerzy Ciborek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tommy Skoglund's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 38thth minute of the game Tommy Skoglund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nadodrze Wrocław's Jerzy Ciborek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kazimierz Nakoneczny hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Stefan Hultin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jerzy Ciborek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. After some careless play in the Nadodrze Wrocław defense, Tommy Skoglund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerzy Ciborek. The Nadodrze Wrocław fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerzy Ciborek should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

60 minutes into the game, Alf Andberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trixande Fåglar BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nadodrze Wrocław the free kick. In the 60th match minute, Trixande Fåglar BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Andberg to maneuver through the defense. Dan Rönn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Stefan Hultin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the game, Nadodrze Wrocław's Marian Glaza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arvid Jansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tommy Skoglund in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerzy Ciborek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marian Glaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Skoglund in the 95th minute of play forced Nadodrze Wrocław's goalkeeper Jerzy Ciborek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trixande Fåglar BK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
