Balázs Pálinkás started the match with the kick off. After 4 played minutes Szombathely Squirrels got a freekick which was hit by Ferenc Jászberényi. A hard shot by Turgut Mecit from long distance, 5 minutes into the match, got Gusztáv Jászberényi's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Doğaner Menderes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szilárd Csikós in the 12th minute of the match. Dénes Boross took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Doğaner Menderes. Doğaner Menderes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Gusztáv Jászberényi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yiğitcan Üçer in the 18th minute of the match. János Major hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ozan Uraz in the 22nd minute of play forced Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Gusztáv Jászberényi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gusztáv Jászberényi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ozan Uraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Balázs Pálinkás ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Doğaner Menderes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 38 minutes into the match, Balázs Pálinkás had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Doğaner Menderes. ☆ SUDEN ☆ İvrindiSpor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Balázs Pálinkás was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 41 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goal looked a bit too open when Ozan Uraz came free, but Gusztáv Jászberényi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ozan Uraz to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's Dénes Boross sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doğaner Menderes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Turgut Mecit's late challenge caught a Szombathely Squirrels's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Turgut Mecit helped the player get up and apologised. Balázs Pálinkáss short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Doğaner Menderes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 57 minutes into the game, Szombathely Squirrels's Balázs Pálinkás nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doğaner Menderes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 61st minute, Zsolt Vörös got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Szilárd Csikós managed to get in a good position for a shot. Szombathely Squirrels's supporters rose to their feet, but Szilárd Csikós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doğaner Menderes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 64 minutes into the match, Ali Atıf Çolakoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gusztáv Jászberényi. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Doğaner Menderes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 68 minutes into the game, Samet Peyam was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ☆ SUDEN ☆ İvrindiSpor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Szombathely Squirrels the free kick. Doğaner Menderes made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Dénes Boross sent off a good shot on target. Dániel Szabadi hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. A collision led to Szombathely Squirrels getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Balázs Pálinkás hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in ☆ SUDEN ☆ İvrindiSpor's zone, Dániel Szabadi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doğaner Menderes came out of the goal and Dániel Szabadi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gusztáv Jászberényi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yiğitcan Üçer, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Krisztián György hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Szombathely Squirrels eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
