Antal Budai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Pirlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Pirlo came free, but Antal Budai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evaristo Ovando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zsolt Vörös, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marco Sol to make the kick off. Ezequiel Pirlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Antal Budai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Emiliano Spott left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC 1986 Vinalito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After a rather tough play, AC 1986 Vinalito's Cris Trock got a free kick in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Marco Sol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Antal Budai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute Ezequiel Pirlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antal Budai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Spott in the 64th minute of play forced Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Antal Budai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Pirlo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Antal Budai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emiliano Spott in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antal Budai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Szombathely Squirrels's Antal Budai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Pirlo in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Mantzio in the 76th minute of play forced Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Antal Budai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Basilio Mantzio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antal Budai was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After some careless play in the Szombathely Squirrels defense, Ezequiel Pirlo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antal Budai. The Szombathely Squirrels fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antal Budai should have stopped the shot. Antal Budai came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by AC 1986 Vinalito's Ezequiel Pirlo. But to his dismay, Ezequiel Pirlo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 88th minute Ezequiel Pirlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antal Budai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Sol took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antal Budai. Antal Budai dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Szombathely Squirrels's Antal Budai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Pirlo in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AC 1986 Vinalito had played much better football throughout.
