After a defensive mix-up in Granadero10's zone, Godofredo Malvin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. In the 33rd minute, Granadero10's Gugu Travassos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. ORIZABA F.C.'s Eugenio Honrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willian Neves in the 35th minute of play. A hard shot 39 in the game by Jairo Vinhas from a close distance when the talented Eugenio Honrio managed to make a qualified save. ORIZABA F.C.'s players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gugu Travassos got free with Eugenio Honrio in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ulises Ramone stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. ORIZABA F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severino Mendes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-2. Ulises Ramone hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Mendes in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugenio Honrio saved ORIZABA F.C. from getting behind. Eugenio Honrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Willian Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute, Severino Mendes made a precise shot to the right of Eugenio Honrio. ORIZABA F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-2. There was no doubt that Granadero10 were the better team. Granadero10's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
