Spectators: 7503 (Terracing: 5628, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) ORIZABA F.C.'s Ulises Ramone started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes ORIZABA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Cristos. In the 5th minute, Márcio Barral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenio Honrio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Luís Fábio Cerezo struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Eugenio Honrio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tarrasque Voador F.C.. Eugenio Honrio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ramón da Rocha. In the 22nd minute, Dante Txema hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Tarrasque Voador F.C. defense, Ulises Ramone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabinho Arruda. The Tarrasque Voador F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabinho Arruda should have stopped the shot. Márcio Barral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eugenio Honrio was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Márcio Barral capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Márcio Barral really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Germano Neiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Eugenio Honrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carolo Cristos scored 2-4 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabinho Arruda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Fabinho Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Txema in the 42nd minute of play. After the first half ORIZABA F.C. were leading 2-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Germano Neiva to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Germano Neiva in the 52nd minute of play forced ORIZABA F.C.'s goalkeeper Eugenio Honrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Ulises Ramone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabinho Arruda was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-6. After some careless play in the Tarrasque Voador F.C. defense, Dante Txema kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabinho Arruda. The Tarrasque Voador F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabinho Arruda should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Carolo Cristos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fabinho Arruda. That made the score 2-8 in the 63 minute of play. In the 69th minute, Ernani Custódio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, ORIZABA F.C.'s Melchor Gartzi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Melchor Gartzi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ORIZABA F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Melchor Gartzi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 73 minutes into the game, one of ORIZABA F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Tarrasque Voador F.C.. Carlos Eduardo Pinheiro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eugenio Honrio. 3-9. Eugenio Honrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmílson Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Carolo Cristos took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabinho Arruda. Fabinho Arruda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-10. In the 83rd minute, Márcio Barral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tarrasque Voador F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-10. The supporters of ORIZABA F.C. booed when Tarrasque Voador F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieguinho Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Márcio Barral charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Márcio Barral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Márcio Barral got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 93rd minute, Márcio Barral made a precise shot to the right of Eugenio Honrio. ORIZABA F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-10.
