But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adulfo Teresa couldn't finish the play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdika Philip to make the kick off. Pacho Mondejar took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Son Downs. Son Downs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 55th match minute, Salud y República was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adulfo Teresa to maneuver through the defense. In the 60thth minute of the game Pacho Mondejar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saturno's Son Downs was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd minute, Pacho Mondejar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salud y República fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Saturno's Son Downs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdika Philip in the 66th minute of play. After 83 minutes of play, Salud y República's Abdika Philip made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Son Downs was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Pacho Mondejar in the 88th minute of play forced Saturno's goalkeeper Son Downs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Abdika Philip had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Son Downs. Saturno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdika Philip was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. In the 94th minute, Berto Calatayud hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Salud y República had played much better football throughout.
