Romulo Chesus missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 5 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the 龙枫博 right hand side. Cavaliers FC's Manuel Bernad got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 龙钢超 was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 11th minute. Cylon's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cylon's goalkeeper 龙枫博, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 22 minutes, 龙钢超 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cylon's supporters crossed their fingers, but 龙钢超 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Manuel Bernad cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. 龙枫博 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manuel Bernad took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 龙枫博. 龙枫博 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Gerardo Cuenca kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 36thth minute of the game 龙钢超 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cavaliers FC's Jaime Villegas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Cavaliers FC booed when Cylon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. 姚广邦 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Aristides Franco made the kick off in the second half. 龙枫博 was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Aristides Franco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aristides Franco really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bas Ovando got free with 龙枫博 in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 龙枫博 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serafin Charro in the 59th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Aristides Franco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. 龙枫博 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 龙枫博 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bas Ovando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Bas Ovando dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of 龙枫博, 0-7. Cavaliers FC made a substitution. Alejandro Leoiar replaced Serafin Charro. Cylon's 龙枫博 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Cylon from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by 龙钢超 in the 83rd minute of play forced Cavaliers FC's goalkeeper Jaime Villegas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Cylon's 龙枫博 got control of the ball when Bas Ovando tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bas Ovando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but 龙枫博 made a huge save. 许克沙 charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 许克沙 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Bas Ovando came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Cavaliers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bas Ovando couldn't finish the play. Cavaliers FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
