Pacho Mondejar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Czeslaw Borczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdika Philip in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, FC GIDLE's goalkeeper Czeslaw Borczak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pacho Mondejar. Czeslaw Borczak came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Salud y República's Pacho Mondejar. But to his dismay, Pacho Mondejar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, FC GIDLE's Damian Skonieczny got a free kick in the 45th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abdika Philip to strike the kick off in the second half. Pacho Mondejar might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Czeslaw Borczak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salud y República's supporters rose to their feet, but Pacho Mondejar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adulfo Teresa's late challenge caught a FC GIDLE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 78 minutes, Abdika Philip made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC GIDLE's Czeslaw Borczak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu got control of the ball when Filip Kolano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abdika Philip took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Czeslaw Borczak. Czeslaw Borczak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After a rather tough play, Salud y República's Abdika Philip got a free kick in the 94th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Salud y República fully deserved thier win.
