The referee showed Lisandro Azevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Berserkers FC Ψ getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. When Gaudencio Foro came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Berserkers FC Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaudencio Foro couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Real Racing Club booed when Berserkers FC Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Sabino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With an all-out effort, Real Racing Club's Ulises Etor threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 卫青 Wu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 61st minute Gaudencio Foro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gao Fei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Berserkers FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when 卫青 Wu came free, but Ulises Etor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
