Rogelio Luco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lauro Corrêa having to make a save. Rogelio Luco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Lauro Corrêa made a huge save. 15 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Fantini came free, but Ysmael Alemparte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rómulo Jaramillo charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rómulo Jaramillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 90th minute Elivélton Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Alemparte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ysmael Alemparte was a little too slow when Tony Favoretto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 3-1. Classe A Futebol Clube's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
