In the 10thth minute of the game Rogelio Luco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vanadio F.C.'s Joaquin Ispuzua was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Vanadio F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Luco came free, but Joaquin Ispuzua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Ispuzua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sem Barang in the 16th minute of the match. Altermundi FC were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Vanadio F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sem Barang took the corner. Altermundi FC's Ysmael Alemparte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Altermundi FC from getting a goal against them. Vanadio F.C.'s Joaquin Ispuzua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sem Barang in the 26th minute of play. Ysmael Alemparte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Antecha in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute Altermundi FC were awarded a corner. Sem Barang went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Altermundi FC's Rómulo Jaramillo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Altermundi FC's Ysmael Alemparte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Antecha in the 44th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sem Barang was the one to do the kick off. Flor Rial charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flor Rial the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute of the match Altermundi FC got a corner. Vanadio F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sem Barang ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 65th minute of the match, Sem Barang tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joaquin Ispuzua saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Isadoro Bascur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Altermundi FC booed when Vanadio F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flor Rial didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joaquin Ispuzua made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rogelio Luco in the 75th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Altermundi FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
