An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Valderrama in the 11th minute of play forced Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Markus Fågel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Cresconio Carreño managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Polly Magoo Juniors's Isak Stålman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Isak Stålman might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cresconio Carreño. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isak Stålman ran back to his position shaking his head. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Txindoki Ameda got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kevin Valderrama kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Gösta Bergman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polly Magoo Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Gösta Bergman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cresconio Carreño breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 35 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Bergman came free, but Cresconio Carreño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Deportivo ScrugenFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rainerio Uria to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Txindoki Ameda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Caradaro Arismendi was substituted for Lluis Pavieta. Constantino Hurtado hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Cresconio Carreño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Erik Tunberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Polly Magoo Juniors:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Deportivo ScrugenFC:s goal. Polly Magoo Juniors:s Markus Fågel showed great skill when he stopped Dani Carrozal:s penalty. 1-1 came in the 73rd minute when Dani Carrozal all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Markus Fågel. The supporters of Polly Magoo Juniors booed when Deportivo ScrugenFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Txindoki Ameda didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Deportivo ScrugenFC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Constantino Hurtado hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Hurko Hurtado got a free kick in the 81st minute. Omero Zubiaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cresconio Carreño having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan-Erik Tunberg in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cresconio Carreño saved Deportivo ScrugenFC from getting behind. After 96 minutes of play, Polly Magoo Juniors's Jan-Erik Tunberg made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cresconio Carreño was left in no man's land by his defense there! Polly Magoo Juniors's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
