Spectators: 7736 (Terracing: 5803, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isak Stålman started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes in the game Florin Darabonț did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Manuel Cozorici. 4 minutes into the match, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Bergman came free, but Vlad Voican reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vlad Voican made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isak Stålman in the 11th minute of play. In the 11th minute Isak Stålman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Voican saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omero Zubiaga kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Conny Rudkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Cosmin Mușetescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosmin Mușetescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Markus Fågel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Stelaru came free, but Markus Fågel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 26 minutes, Dan Stelaru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dan Stelaru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isak Stålman in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vlad Voican saved MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV from getting behind. Markus Fågel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dan Stelaru in the 32nd minute. Polly Magoo Juniors's Isak Stålman got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cosmin Mușetescu charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cosmin Mușetescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Polly Magoo Juniors booed when MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosmin Mușetescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Isak Stålman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vlad Voican showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gösta Bergman in the 46th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Dan Stelaru made the kick off in the second half. German Cibran got a throw-in 52 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Isak Stålman. Vlad Voican was a little too slow when Gösta Bergman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-1. Florin Darabonț hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute Gösta Bergman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Voican saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isak Stålman got free with Vlad Voican in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isak Stålman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Vlad Voican when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Polly Magoo Juniors made a substitution. Jan-Erik Tunberg replaced Isak Stålman. In the 71st match minute, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Stelaru to maneuver through the defense. Markus Fågel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Stelaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Vlad Voican played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Bergman in the 84th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Dan Stelaru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Dan Stelaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Stelaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
