Spectators: 7722 (Terracing: 5792, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Moritz Christe kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Lenci got free with Slaven Dietze in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pinkus Mack kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Slaven Dietze threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aurelio Rozzi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 13th minute Old BaoBaB Accademy were awarded a corner. Daniele Rugani went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Academica Pulheim's goalie and right to Camillo Petrocchi. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Academica Pulheim's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 19th minute of the match Academica Pulheim got a corner. Old BaoBaB Accademy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Malte Rastätter ran over to the corner to take the kick. Meinolf Rebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Edgar Gomminginger came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Academica Pulheim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Gomminginger couldn't finish the play. 25 minutes into the match, Old BaoBaB Accademy's goal looked a bit too open when Moritz Christe came free, but Man Dober reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Man Dober took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moritz Christe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Academica Pulheim were awarded a corner. Malte Rastätter went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Academica Pulheim's Malte Rastätter to fire away a dangerous shot which Man Dober despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Man Dober made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moritz Christe in the 33rd minute of play. Slaven Dietze didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amos Bisegna went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudio Lenci made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Claudio Lenci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute Moritz Christe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Man Dober saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Academica Pulheim's Meinolf Rebe got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute Academica Pulheim were awarded a corner. Malte Rastätter went to the cornerflag to take it. Pinkus Mack in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Man Dober, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Academica Pulheim booed when Old BaoBaB Accademy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Rozzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Academica Pulheim's Ali Köpsel was substituted for Edgar Gomminginger. In the 69th match minute, Old BaoBaB Accademy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Rozzi to maneuver through the defense. After 71 played minutes Old BaoBaB Accademy got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Rozzi. Man Dober took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Schulitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Köpsel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Man Dober tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florian Schulitz had several of the Old BaoBaB Accademy's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Man Dober as he didn't even see the shot coming. 83 minutes into the game, Aurelio Rozzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Old BaoBaB Accademy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Academica Pulheim the free kick. In the 91st minute Florian Schulitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Man Dober saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Malte Rastätter almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Old BaoBaB Accademy's Man Dober did a great save. Slaven Dietze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Lenci in the 95th minute of the match. Academica Pulheim played a much better game than Old BaoBaB Accademy and deserved their victory. The Old BaoBaB Accademy players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
