Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernt Hellkvist to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the game, Birger Alströmer landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronnie Xande during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kronan were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing New Joinville - FSCMZ to leave the ground with a draw.
