Jonas Urdin came out of the goal and Fidel Mouricio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Urdin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Paskal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Conrado Nicholas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Adolfo Tabby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eloy Vela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Nicholas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salmuera CP's Eloy Vela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Nicholas in the 81st minute of play. After 82 minutes, Simon Valerio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salmuera CP and the Galácticos del Pueblo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Galácticos del Pueblo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
